1. What TokenCrib is
TokenCrib is an informational and educational platform about real-world asset tokenization. It provides research, news, education, and Crib AI, a guided tool that routes users to third-party platforms. TokenCrib is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, or financial institution.

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any asset. Crib AI routes you to platforms based on your inputs; it does not endorse, recommend, or advise. See our Disclaimer for the full statement.

The Site references and links to independent third-party platforms and issuers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their products, content, compliance, availability, or conduct. Any dealings you have with a third party are solely between you and that third party.
4. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that information is accurate, complete, current, or error-free, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or secure.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TokenCrib and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, capital, or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information on it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The TokenCrib name, brand, and original content on the Site are owned by TokenCrib. You may share and reference our content with attribution, but may not republish it wholesale without permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
